Caremark replaced Express Scripts as the Pharmacy Benefit Manager. Below are some common questions and answers about this change.

REMEMBER! Your MUST pharmacy benefit includes an annual $50 or $350 deductible per covered membe, depending on the planr. This deductible is applied to the first prescription(s) filled on or after your group's annual renewal date (July 1 or September 1).

What is Caremark?

Caremark is the Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) that began administering your MUST pharmacy benefit effective July 1, 2007. The co-payment structure of the MUST pharmacy benefit has not changed.  Caremark will continue to process your pharmacy claims according to the provisions of your MUST prescription plan.

Participants in the MUST Revised Major Medical plan, Comprehensive Major Medical plan, and Value plans may call Caremark customer service representatives at 1-800-895-0690. (For participants in the Basic Plan or HSA-qualifying Plan, the number is 1-888-850-8146. More information for these participants is provided at the bottom of this page.)
